Hi, I'm Mikita Rasolka, a Belarus-born, Poland-based illustrator.
I graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Arts in 2016 and from the Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts in 2019. Since then, I’ve been living and working as a freelance illustrator in Poland. After creating a series of illustrations dedicated to the protests in Belarus, I had to apply for complementary protection.
Many of my works relate to politics, migration, and social issues. But I’m really grateful that I also get to work with fiction literature, theatre, and music. Most of my projects are editorial illustrations, book covers, fully illustrated books, and posters. I work both digitally and in mixed media, blending Photoshop brushes, vectors, photography, watercolors, and ink.
Thanks for your attention!
